At Malova, all items are made to order. Because of this, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing selection, or preference changes.

DAMAGED, FAULTY, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery through our contact page located in the dropdown menu.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

As orders are processed shortly after purchase, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.

SHIPPING

Malova is not responsible for shipping delays caused by postal services, customs, or carrier disruptions once an order has been dispatched.
